What made you want to join Coastway Hospital Radio For Brighton?

Coming from a presenting background, I’ve always wanted to get involved in radio.  Coastway is a great station and everyone is really involved and passionate about it!! Here I can present and do something for charity.

How did you get into presenting?

I studied Performing Arts at University, combining that with my personality and ability to talk my career path was inevitable!! I was then the host and compere for all major shows when I worked for Princess Cruises as Deputy Cruise Director. I have utilised my presenting skills in many other events since.

Who/what are your biggest influence(s)?

Anyone with talent, when you watch/listen to them they give you goose pimples because you know they have something great. I love Fern Cotton on Radio 1, she’s very down to earth and natural.

What have been your biggest achievements?

Getting my degree. Travelling to 6 out of the 7 continents. Pushing my career forward while keeping my friends and family high on my priorities.

Name a key tune that you love or inspired you

There are so many!! Drops of Jupiter – Train – it’s just amazing!!

What do you do when you are not broadcasting?

I’m Entertainment Manager for an entertainment productions company.  I book acts and manger event coordinators for a major holiday company.
