How would you describe your programme?

I would describe our show as an eclectic mash up of music, mayhem and mischief! We have regular features on the show, such as ‘fact or fiction?’ ‘cake & critique’ and ‘wise or woeful?’ as well as general chit chat with guests and plenty of laughs, every week.

How did you get into presenting?

I have always been interested in presenting. So, I got in touch with Coastway’s main man, Pete and was given the ok go and here we are!

Who/what are your biggest influence(s)?

Radio wise, John Peel, Annie Mac, Jo Whiley. I love listening to BBC radio 2,4 and 6music. As well as local stations and of course, Coastway.

Name a particular piece of music that you love

That’s such a tricky one. There are so many! It definitely depends what mood I’m in, as to what I’m loving at that moment. Anything by Kate Bush, Belle and Sebastian or The Stone Roses. Also, if I’m having an indecisive music day, a ballad of any sorts always goes down a treat.

What do you do when you are not broadcasting?

Bake cakes and eat cakes. Walk Tom the dog. Talk to strangers. Take photographs. Attempt to tick things off my never ending ‘to do’ list.
